Switch Stance ::
Standard:
Sailing with feeting pointing upwind instead of downwind.
Cutback:
While switch stance radically changing direction so you are back to regular stance.
Jump-Slide:
Jump into a board slide from the switch stance.
Jump-Jibe:
Jump jibe from the switch stance.
Vulcan:
Performing a Vulcan from the switch stance position.
Duck-Jibe:
Ducking the sail from the switch stance position.
