Fun Time Racing. (FT)



New for 2004!
Absolutely new to sailing and competition? Then the new Fun Time Racing (FT) division may be your thing! It also emphasize on competitions for kids between 8 and 13.

Equipment:

Boards: ASA boards with daggerboard or fore fin and a maximum length of 3 m. (such as BIC 293, Starboard Express, Start and Go models with daggerfins, and similar models of other brands).
Mast Free ride and Free race masts (75% carbon or less). See class rules for exact definition
Booms Aluminium alloy booms
Fins Standard fins supplied with the board. Maximum length 700mm.
Two sail divisions: 5m2 max sail area, Light weight kid rigs. No cams. 7.5m2 max sail area. Max three cams and 7 full length battens.
